Refund policy

Cancellation and refund requests will be entertained exclusively if the product delivered is incorrect or damaged upon delivery.

All such requests are subject to verification by our quality control team.

Customers must raise the request within 24 hours of receipt of the product.

The request must be supported by clear photo and/or video evidence.

Requests received after 24 hours, without sufficient evidence, or failing quality verification will not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

No cancellations or refunds will be processed under any other circumstances.
